On the first floor the research laboratory is at the service of our customers, here we develop the formulas and research the active ingredients up to the drafting of the INCI, our researchers from here follow the customers in the development of the product.
On the ground floor the production laboratory has the most modern homogenization tools and mixers for the production of samples to be submitted to customers. It also houses all the testing and measuring tools for each product.

PRODUCTION
DISCOVER THE LINES
Thanks to its production line, developed in collaboration with engineers from the leading company in the machinery sector Marchesini Spa, LCM has turbo emulsifiers and mixers of various capacities to be efficient in the production of small and large batches. Furthermore, our new homogenization technologies allow us to save 30% of the water in the production phase and the solar panels allow us to produce with 100% renewable energy. The 316L vacuum steel machinery eliminates the risk of contamination and guarantees a product of the highest quality in relation to international standards.
DESIGN
PRODUCT REALIZATION
On the first floor is the LCM Design department, already a leader in the training field, we have invested in advanced tools for the 3D creation of new products. Our customers are invited to participate in design meetings and work on the renderings of each product to see it finished before going into production, testing the formulas in the laboratory, touching the packaging at product development, visiting the production and designing it here with us, in Milan.
OPEN FACTORY
We are the right partner for the development and production of new lines of cosmetic and dermatological products. Participate with us in every phase of the project, enter the laboratory with the researchers who will follow you and touch your production with your own hands.
LCM srl is the first Italian Open Factory in the dermocosmetic sector. In compliance with the most stringent regulations and the use of PPE, our customers are always invited to visit the plant during the various stages of production.
