LCM: ISO and GMP Plus Certifications for the Milan Laboratory

The new production site of Laboratori Cosmetici Milano has undertaken the ISO 9001 and GMP Plus certification process, the audits at the new production site will allow to satisfy the requests of the big American brands that for months have wanted to develop and formulate new Made in Italy products with Laborartori Cosmetici Milano.

The certification project is developed by the Gelati Group, experts in management consulting and optimization of production processes. The group has been operating in the fields of certification , quality , environment, safety and corporate organization since 1992.

ISO 9001 : It is an international standard for quality management systems, which ensures that a company adopts structured and documented processes to continuously improve the quality of products and services. For a cosmetic research and production factory, it means optimizing the entire production cycle, from the supply of raw materials to the finished product, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction.

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) : Specifically for the cosmetics sector, regulated by the GMP Plus regulation, these practices ensure that products are manufactured and controlled in a consistent, safe and hygienic way. For cosmetics factories, GMP includes procedures for traceability, contamination control and process quality, respecting safety and reliability standards.
